Jessica Hawkinson joined the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life as Associate Chaplain and Director of the Lux Summer Theological Institute for Youth on November 1, 2016. She is a graduate of Macalester College (Minn.), and served in leadership at the Presbyterian Ministry at the United Nations for two years before pursuing seminary education. She received her Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary in 2013. She served as Assistant for Worship and Mission at First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest, IL before her current position at Monmouth College. Jessica is married to Ryan Dorow, a Senior Economist. Books, board games, and good food are consistent favorites away from the desk.
